Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Operation Executive based in Gurugram. The role involves managing international operations, coordinating shipments, ensuring smooth execution of export-import processes, and providing exceptional customer support. Responsibilities include handling trade documentation, liaising with international clients and stakeholders, resolving queries, and analyzing operational data to ensure compliance and optimize processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in International Operations and International Trade, with a solid understanding of global export-import processes
  • Commodities knowledge will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of UCP 600 and LC documentation and presentation
  • Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to assess operations, identify inefficiencies, and optimize procedures
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with international clients and stakeholders
  • Experience or knowledge in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields is advantageous
  • Proficiency in software tools and technology relevant to international trade and data analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
