What You'll Do

  1. Take ownership of miscellaneous projects (internal documentation, process improvements etc.)
  2. Assist in day-to-day business operations, including project coordination and administrative tasks.
  3. Handle basic finance and accounting tasks, such as tracking invoices, expense management, and GST filings.
  4. Support marketing and talent sourcing initiatives, helping with campaign execution, lead tracking, and database management.
  5. Any other tasks deemed necessary and appropriate by the management.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is dependable, curious, and willing to pitch in wherever needed. Since this is a general operations/assistant-style role, the ideal candidate is someone who enjoys supporting different functions and keeping things running smoothly. Specifically, we're looking for:

  1. Must be based in Gurgaon.
    (Non-negotiable)
  2. A current student or recent graduate from any field who is open to learning and gaining hands-on experience.
  3. Someone organised and detail-oriented, who can manage small tasks without letting things slip through the cracks.
  4. A proactive mindset; someone who doesn't wait to be told every step, but can take initiative once shown the basics.
  5. Comfort with multitasking, since the work may shift between admin, coordination, documentation, finance, or marketing in the same week.
  6. A willingness to take up routine tasks (data entry, updating trackers, printing/scanning, filing, maintaining documents) without hesitation.
  7. Good communication skills in English, especially for drafting emails, preparing simple documents, and coordinating with internal teams.
  8. A basic interest in business operations, marketing, consulting, or talent acquisition, even if you haven't studied these formally.
  9. Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or basic accounting/HR/marketing tools is a plus but not mandatory.
