An Area Manager oversees various aspects of a company in a specific geographical area, reporting to the operations manager and working closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and HR. In addition, an area manager is responsible for monitoring day-to-day leading and motivating their team and ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to achieve the company's objectives.

The primary duties of an area manager usually include the following:

  • Managing appraisers' in multiple locations in a specific geographical region
  • Ensuring compliance with the company's policies and procedures
  • Recruiting, training, and evaluating appraiser on a day-to day basis
  • Organizing and Coordinating day to day activities and reporting
  • Communicating with team members and superiors, providing progress updates, and presenting ideas and suggestions
  • Continuously monitoring and analysing performance
  • Bring in new gold appraisers every month.

The primary skills to look for are: Leadership, Communication, Problem-solving and Decision-making Skills, Time Management. Work experience in NBFC like Muthoot/ IIFL preferred

Expect to be fluent in English, Tamil (Desirable)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45, ₹60,000.00 per month
