Role Overview

Chai Waale is expanding rapidly and is on the lookout for experienced, energetic, and passionate Area Managers to join our Operations Team.

The role involves overseeing multiple outlets, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing store teams, maintaining brand and quality standards, and driving overall operational excellence across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support daily operations across multiple outlets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold consistent service quality.
  • Manage store staff — including scheduling, performance, and discipline.
  • Maintain store infrastructure, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.
  • Monitor and control Cost of Goods (COGs) while ensuring budget and KPI compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to SOPs and brand standards.
  • Lead new store launches, including staff hiring and onboarding.
  • Act as the key link between store teams and the central operations department.
  • Oversee food quality and hygiene standards across outlets.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales, audit, and performance reports to the Operations Manager and Head of Operations.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in QSR, F&B, or Retail Operations.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to contribute innovative ideas to improve sales and operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel across assigned stores (company bike will be provided).
  • Self-driven, organized, and committed to maintaining operational excellence.
  • Open to both male and female candidates.
