Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, clients, and partners with a professional and welcoming approach. Manage front desk operations, phone calls, emails, and inquiries. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and client interactions. Maintain records, handle basic administrative tasks, and support office operations. Provide accurate information about services, projects, and company updates. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client servicing.
--- Requirements Female candidate with excellent communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi. Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or Customer Relationship Executive preferred. Smart, confident, and presentable personality. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) is an added advantage. Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in any field.
