Job Role:- *Relationship Manager - Dealer*
Job Responsibilities:-
Business/ Operational/ Functional/ Financial Perspective:
Ø Execute the orders on behalf of clients by doing pre trade post trade confirmation.
Ø Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of the existing customer and also focus on generating new business.
Ø To maintain a synergetic relationship with Relationship Managers - Sales, by supporting their sales efforts to enhance business.
Ø Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance.
Ø Responsible to generate brokerage primarily through giving SMC research to clients on their equity/commodity/currency portfolio for long term investments as well as positional trading ideas in stocks for short/ medium term.
Ø Responsible for reactivation of dormant clients.
Ø Ensure growth in clientele by converting leads.
Ø To enhance profitability of the business by ensuring cross selling of other products of the organization like mutual funds, insurance, FD, IPO, PMS etc.
Qualification :- Any Graduation degree + NISM VIII Certification
