Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role for a Relationship Manager, located in Pune. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, assisting clients with their insurance needs, and helping them choose the most suitable life insurance and investment plans. Daily tasks include meeting clients, conducting financial needs analysis, providing product information, and completing the sales process. The role also entails regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
- Sales and Financial Needs Analysis skills
- Insurance and Financial Product Knowledge
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
