Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Saint John, NB, for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with international university partners, creating strategic plans for market expansion, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include market research, client meetings, partnership negotiations, and collaboration with the marketing team to drive growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, strategic planning, and market research
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in the education consulting industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
