Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Director of Franchise Development. The Director of Franchise Development will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential franchise partners, managing franchise sales, creating and negotiating franchise agreements, and overseeing the entire franchising process. The role involves business planning, developing lead generation strategies, and ensuring successful expansion of the franchise network.
Qualifications
- Experience in Franchise Sales and managing Franchise Agreements
- Knowledge of Franchising processes and Business Planning
- Proficiency in Lead Generation strategies
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the sports industry or with sports academies is a plus
