Job Summary

White Bridge Education seeks a data-driven
Performance Marketing Manager
to spearhead our paid media campaigns and deliver high-quality leads that convert. As a
Performance Marketing Manager
, you will own and optimise digital marketing campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads
. You will be responsible for creating sharp, targeted campaigns that maximise ROI, generate qualified leads, and support our business growth objectives. This role requires a balance of analytical expertise, creative testing, and hands-on campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

·      
Campaign Strategy & Execution

o  Plan, launch, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.

o  Develop targeting strategies to reach niche, high-intent audiences.

o  Run A/B tests for ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

·      
Lead Generation & Funnel Optimisation

o  Drive high-quality lead generation at scale while lowering cost per acquisition (CPA).

o  Track and optimise conversion funnels to improve lead-to-enrolment ratios.

o  Collaborate with sales/advisory teams to ensure marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) translate into business outcomes.

Analytics & Reporting

o  Monitor campaign performance daily, using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, HubSpot/CRM, and platform dashboards.

o  Report on KPIs including CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality.

o  Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Budget & ROI Management

o  Manage and optimise media budgets across platforms for maximum efficiency.

o  Forecast and allocate spend effectively to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

·      
Compliance & Governance

o  Ensure all campaigns comply with platform advertising policies (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and data privacy regulations (GDPR, PDPA, etc.).

o  Implement best practices for consent management, data handling, and ethical marketing.

o  Maintain transparency in reporting, ensuring campaigns meet internal and external audit requirements.

o  Stay updated on evolving digital marketing regulations and industry standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

o  Work closely with content, creative, and sales teams to align campaign messaging and landing page experience.

o  Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Key Requirements

·      4–6 years of hands-on experience in
performance marketing / paid media
roles.

·      Proven track record of running
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads
campaigns.

·      Strong understanding of
lead generation funnels
, campaign attribution, and conversion tracking.

·      Experience with
analytics tools
: Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Data Studio, CRM/marketing automation tools.

·      Advanced skills in audience segmentation, keyword planning, and bid strategies.

·      Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business growth strategies.

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·      Experience in the
education / higher education / EdTech / B2B services
space is a plus.
