Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital marketing efforts across multiple channels. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, hands-on execution, and the ability to drive measurable growth through data-backed strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement by leveraging data insights and innovative campaign strategies.
- Plan and manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Product, Design, and Content) to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, new tools, and best practices in performance marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Identify growth opportunities through experimentation and A/B testing.
Requirements
- Proven experience (X+ years) in performance marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Strong expertise in paid media channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, etc.) with hands-on campaign management.
- Solid understanding of digital analytics, attribution models, and conversion tracking (Google Analytics, GTM, etc.).
- Data-driven approach with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, set KPIs, and deliver measurable business results.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and automation platforms.
