Senior Sales Manager – Real Estate

Location: New Town, Kolkata

Job Type: Full-timeSalary

Experience Required

3 – 5 years in Real Estate Sales (Team handling experience preferred)

Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline

About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and result-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, building strong client relationships, and mentoring the sales team to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert qualified leads into successful property sales.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve both individual and team objectives.
  • Prepare sales reports and contribute to strategic planning.
