We Are Hiring – Commercial Facility Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Facility Manager to take charge of operations for large-scale commercial properties. The ideal candidate must come strictly from a commercial background with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in facility management. This is a senior leadership role that requires expertise in compliance, operations, and people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of commercial facilities, ensuring uninterrupted services.
- Manage housekeeping, engineering, security, vendor management, and technical maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and legal regulations for commercial properties.
- Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Maintain strong client, tenant, and vendor relationships with a focus on service quality.
- Lead and mentor facility management teams for operational excellence.
- Drive preventive maintenance, energy management, and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial facility management.
- Mandatory background in managing commercial properties (corporate offices, IT parks, malls, or large complexes).
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and crisis management skills.
- Solid knowledge of compliance and statutory requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
