Manager/Senior Manager - Interior Design Sales & BD
****Candidates with prior experience into Interior Design Sales shall only be considered*****
- Develop a business plan and strategy for multiple product line markets that ensure the attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Coordinate the design phase to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Calling B2C Interior Leads and converting them into sales.
- Scheduling Client Visit to our Experience Center for Prompt conversion of Leads generated offline/online.
- Drive business development and lead generation to acquire new customers/accounts in the focus goes. Building out a strong Hunting team and acquiring new accounts would be a key drivers of growth.
- Focus on handling large accounts and expanding them. This would be very critical to build a scalable and profitable business and developing recurring revenue streams.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
- Explore channel partners in these geos and build synergies that can expand the business
Desired Profile
- The successful candidate shall be an energetic, effective, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills who can excel in an international sales environment.
- Technologically advanced and oriented. Must have an above-average computer and technical skills to be able to engage with customers and internal teams with the product/project
- Customer service oriented and organized.
- The proven ability to convince, sell and or engage customers.
- Must have a natural ability to engage in business relationships.
