**Job Title**: Dealer Development Manager - Electric Vehicles (Automobile Sector)

**Location**: West Bangal, Odisa, Jharkhand

**Department**: Sales & Business Development

**Position Overview**:
As a key player in the EV sector, the Dealer Development Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the market presence and success of our electric vehicle offerings. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of the green mobility ecosystem while ensuring high-quality dealer performance and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dealer Network Expansion & Recruitment**:

- Identify and evaluate potential dealers for new market opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies for dealer recruitment to increase market reach and brand presence.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify target locations and strategic partner opportunities for expansion.
- Establish criteria for dealership selection, including financial stability, alignment with brand values, and market knowledge.
- Make New Dealer and open new Market.
- **Dealer Training & Support**:

- Develop and execute training programs for new and existing dealers, focusing on product knowledge, EV technology, sales techniques, customer service, and after-sales support.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to dealers to ensure optimal performance and adherence to brand standards.
- Monitor and assess dealer performance, providing regular feedback and action plans for improvement.
- **Sales Strategy & Performance Monitoring**:

- Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies, targets, and dealer objectives.
- Track dealer sales performance and implement corrective actions to improve results and achieve business targets.
- Support dealers in promoting EV sales through marketing campaigns, local events, and digital platforms.
- Monitor and report on dealer stock levels, sales forecasts, and promotional activities.
- **Brand Representation & Relationship Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and its dealer network.
- Foster strong relationships with dealers to ensure long-term loyalty and mutually beneficial business partnerships.
- Ensure that dealers represent the brand image consistently and maintain high standards of service, both in sales and after-sales.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise between the company and dealers in a timely and professional manner.
- **Market Insights & Feedback Loop**:

- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback from the dealer network to inform product development, marketing, and strategy.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments and anticipate customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor offerings and messaging to meet regional demands and preferences.
- **Compliance & Reporting**:

- Ensure all dealership operations are compliant with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain up-to-date records of dealer agreements, sales, stock management, and performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on dealer performance, sales growth, and market trends for senior management.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
- **Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in automotive dealer development, preferably within the electric vehicle or green mobility sector.
- Proven track record of establishing and managing dealer networks and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in sales, dealer management, and strategic business development.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, with a focus on electric vehicles, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and dealer performance metrics.
- Knowledge of dealership operations, sales processes, and after-sales services.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- **Other Requirements**:

- A passion for sustainability and electric vehicles.
- Willingness to travel frequently to visit dealers, attend industry events, and explore new market opportunities.
- Fluency in [local language(s)] and English (both written and spoken).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
