**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the bathroom products segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including retailers, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
- Present, promote, and sell Freshware products to existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the agreed timeframe.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop strategies for sales growth.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably in the bathroom products industry.
- Strong knowledge of bathroom vanities, sanitary wares, shower panels, and bathtubs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM practices and sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
