Must understand micro-markets, create value propositions, and support end-to-end sales closures through active on-ground sourcing and relationship building.

Closing Manager -- Package -- Max 8 LPA

Experience - Min 1 Year (Real Estate Experience Mandatory)

drive end-to-end deal closures through client presentations, effective follow-ups, and strong negotiation skills. Maintain in-depth product knowledge, meet revenue targets. Ensure site visits, market mapping, process adherence, and customer satisfaction to boost conversions and achieve individual sales goals.

Marketing Executive -- Package -- Max 4.5 LPA

Experience - Min 1 Year (Real Estate Experience Mandatory)

Responsibilities include executing campaigns, Organizing & handling of CP meet & launch, managing digital content, social media and coordinating with developers and agencies. strong communication, digital skills, and market understanding.

Pre-Sales Executive -- Package -- Max 4 LPA

Experience - Min 6 Months (Real Estate Experience Mandatory)

To manage lead qualification, coordinate site visits, and support sales through data-driven insights. strong Excel and CRM skills, and excellent communication. Role involves tracking sales performance, nurturing leads, and collaborating across sales and marketing teams.

Site Head -- Package -- Max 25 LPA

Experience - Min 6 Years Experience (Real Estate Experience Mandatory)

To lead operations, sales, and team management at a real estate project site. Role includes CP engagement & Planning, Team Management, Revenue generation, PNL ownership, 360 site management, developer coordination, and on-site execution. Requires Minimum 6 years in real estate, strong leadership, sales strategy, and local market knowledge. Must drive targets, team performance, and conversions.
