Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Closing/Sourcing Manager. The Closing/Sourcing Manager will be responsible for managing the entire closing process, sourcing new projects, overseeing project launches, and handling sales execution. The role involves strategic planning, coordination with channel partners, and ensuring smooth project launch activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining consistency and transparency in all sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Project management and strategic planning skills
  • Experience in sales execution and managing channel partners
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and sourcing new projects
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
  • Experience with strategic project launches and end-to-end sales processes is a plus
