Job Description: Closing Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai, India - Office is at CBD Belapur while site is at Neral, Karjat Taluka
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Closing Sales Manager for our client to join their our sales team. The Closing Sales Manager will be responsible for converting leads to sales. It would involve overseeing the stages of the sales process, ensuring smooth transactions, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong listening skills, attention to detail, and a deep empathy to understand and address the concerns of the aged or the investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conversion of interest to sale
- Meet Sales targets quarterly and annually
- Conduct final inspections and walkthroughs with buyers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any or all queries of customer to ensure smooth conversion.
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure all necessary documents required for closing.
- Review sales contracts and agreements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Resolve any disputes or challenges that may arise during the closing process in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports on sales performance and closing activities.
- Stay Updated with competition projects, Industry Rules & Regulations, launches, price trends, Market Trends etc
- Collect and present feedback from the market and work with marketing team to address the same
- Provide guidance and support / Timely feedback to Sourcing Team and Channel Partners throughout the closing process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (more than 5 yrs) as a Closing Sales Manager or similar role in the real estate/hospitality industry in Mumbai.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelors degree. Additional certifications or training in real estate transactions is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales/lead management CRM software.
