About the Role

Closing Gap is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Asset Coordinator
to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will manage the IT asset lifecycle, ensure accurate inventory tracking, coordinate with vendors, and support finance and procurement processes. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working across teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update attendance, call reports, and communication logs.
  • Oversee IT asset lifecycle (IMACD: Installation, Movement, Addition, Change, Disposal).
  • Perform asset tagging and maintain accurate inventory documentation.
  • Coordinate procurement requests (CER/PR), raise Capex requests, and follow up for approvals.
  • Work with vendors for purchase orders, deliveries, installations, and breakdown support.
  • Manage scrap lists, asset disposal, and invoice processing via Cimmra/Capex Portals.
  • Conduct periodic IT asset verification and prepare monthly reports for Finance.
  • Maintain records of issue slips, gate passes (RGP/NRGP), SOPs, service reports, and audit files.
  • Organize engineer duty schedules including shift allocations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in IT, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years' experience in IT asset coordination/management.
  • Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management and inventory control.
  • Hands-on experience with portals (Capex, Cimmra) and vendor coordination.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
