Role and Responsibilities:
  • Organize, plan, and implement project-specific sales for the real estate sector.
  • Engage in discussions and follow up on opportunities with prospective buyers.
  • Coordinate and schedule site visits for prospective buyers, facilitating efficient deal closures.
  • Maintain and manage a comprehensive property database for the assigned area.
  • Assist clients in finding suitable properties from the database through proactive communication via phone calls and personal visits.
  • Utilize experience in real estate closing sales and providing excellent client service at the site to successfully close deals.

Candidate Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in real estate closing sales and client management in the real estate industry.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with prospective buyers and understand their needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and execute sales activities.
