Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Manager & Closing Manager, located in Mumbai. The Sourcing Manager & Closing Manager will be responsible for sourcing potential real estate properties, managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals. Day-to-day tasks include market research, property tours, sales presentations, coordination with legal and compliance teams, and ensuring a seamless transaction process from sourcing to closing.

Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate sourcing and sales management
  • Strong negotiation, client relationship management, and contract handling skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis
  • Ability to work with legal and compliance teams
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred
