About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Sourcing Manager to join our Mumbai Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads and driving customer acquisition for our residential projects. This role requires excellent networking, relationship management, and business development skills with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and acquire potential customers through channel partners, brokers, referrals, and corporate tie-ups.
  • Build and manage a strong network of real estate channel partners to ensure consistent lead inflow.
  • Identify new avenues for business development and actively explore untapped markets.
  • Organize and participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and events to generate customer interest.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth handover and conversion of sourced leads.
  • Track, monitor, and report performance metrics to optimize sourcing strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred.
  • Experience: 35 years in real estate sourcing / channel partner management / sales acquisition roles.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the real estate ecosystem of Mumbai.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a competitive environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
