Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify residential real estate opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to assess trends, property values, and investment potential.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and real estate agents.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with sellers and partners to secure favourable deals.
- Collaborate with the acquisitions team to evaluate potential investments and support due diligence processes.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to inform sourcing strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on sourcing activities and market insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies throughout the sourcing process.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree or equivalent. MBA preferred.
- 4-10 years of experience in sourcing, or a similar role within the real estate sector
- Strong understanding of the residential real estate market and investment principles.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate analysis software.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
