Position: Business Development Coordinator

Location : Mumbai

Reporting to: Sales Manager / BDM/ Director

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Min 8-10yrs in sales of manufacturing company for Industrial products.

JOB PURPOSE:

This will be a key role as this person will be in-charge for smooth execution right from enquiry, business generation, order execution & support to field team. She/he will be responsible to bridge the gaps between departments with excellent co-ordination and provide support to sales field team.

Internal / External Co-ordination:

  • Act as a bridge between clients and Sales & Marketing Team
    • Timely and accurately responding to each and every in-coming sales inquiry, via telephone and e-mail. Business development with existing Key accounts and new prospective customers
    • Handle timely processing of samples requisition, quotations against new inquiry receive from field team or Email.
    • Developing professional close relations and maintaining regular communication with customers and internal staff.
    • Responsible to make Quotation as well as Sales orders for order receive and ensure timely delivery.
  • Preparing PPT for monthly sales review meeting for BDM field team.
    • Studying the Market trend and Competitors and provide report for sales challenges & opportunity.

Sales-Field Support:

  • Contacting prospective customers through Calls or Emails, understand their requirements and provide solutions.
    • Worked in coordination with BDM Field team to achieve department & individual sales target.
    • Create client database and maintain it in SAP system
    • Analyze field sales reports and prepare MIS.
    • Make strategy for potential leads to get convert quickly into orders and also plan action for prospective customers not giving positive response.
