E-Commerce Manager Order Processing Packing

Company Overview:
We are a growing e-commerce company based in Cuttack, dealing in premium mobile accessories and related products. With 10+ years in the industry, we are expanding our operations and looking for dedicated team members to join our warehouse and operations team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process online customer orders on a daily basis
- Packing of products safely and accurately as per company standards
- Managing inventory, updating stock records, and coordinating with suppliers
- Ensuring timely dispatch of orders through courier partners
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse/store area
- Assisting with returns and stock reconciliation
- Basic computer entry for order and stock updates
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Order Management)
- Prior experience in e-commerce order processing / packing will be an advantage
- Physically fit and detail-oriented
- Honest, punctual, and ready to work in a team environment
