We are looking for an accomplished
Business Development Manager
with
10+ years of experience
in the
Railway and Metro sector
. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint, winning new projects, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders across the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the Indian Railways and Metro ecosystem.
- Engage with government bodies, railway boards, metro corporations, and OEMs to promote our solutions.
- Lead bid management, tendering, and proposal development for diagnostic and predictive maintenance systems.
- Conduct market research to track trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Foster long-term partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal technical and operations teams to ensure delivery of tailored solutions.
- Drive revenue growth and brand visibility in target sectors.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of proven experience in Business Development
within the Railway and Metro sector. - Strong understanding of procurement processes, tenders, and project lifecycles of Indian Railways and Metro systems.
- Established network of contacts within railway authorities, metro corporations, and OEMs.
- Demonstrated success in winning large-scale projects or partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
