Business Development Executive

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Female Business Development Executive to handle client outreach, generate leads, and support sales activities for business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Conduct client outreach through calls, visits, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Present company services/products to potential clients.
- Maintain strong follow-up with prospects to convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients for long-term business.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, meetings, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and client support.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, events, or promotional activities.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Any Degree
- Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can also apply)
- Strong communication in Tamil; basic English preferred
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to meet targets and handle field + office activities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp Business)
- Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented
