We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Female Business Development Executive to handle client outreach, generate leads, and support sales activities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct client outreach through calls, visits, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Present company services/products to potential clients.
  • Maintain strong follow-up with prospects to convert leads into sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients for long-term business.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, meetings, and sales activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and client support.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, events, or promotional activities.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Any Degree
  • Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can also apply)
  • Strong communication in Tamil; basic English preferred
  • Good persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to meet targets and handle field + office activities
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp Business)
  • Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented
