Job description:

Job Title :Business Development Executive

Experience : Fresher -1 year

Job Location : Madurai

Responsibilities:

  • Fresher - 1 year experience as Business development executive.
  • Ability to manage and execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through online research, networking, and market analysis.
  • Contact prospective clients via email, calls, and networking events to introduce the company's services
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely progression of leads from prospecting to closing.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in business strategies.
  • Assist in achieving quarterly and yearly revenue targets by closing deals and onboarding new clients
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, updating management on lead status and revenue progress.
