Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Madurai

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with prospective clients across relevant markets
  • Strategically manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring seamless client acquisition
  • Execute data-driven market research to uncover new opportunities and maintain awareness of industry trends and competitor movements
  • Develop, refine, and execute bidding and proposal strategies tailored to client requirements and business objectives
  • Maintain consistent communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, identify upselling opportunities, and foster long-term partnerships
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics using CRM and business intelligence tools
  • Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and delivery teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals
  • Represent the organization at high-profile events, client meetings, and industry forums with professionalism and credibility

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 0 -2 years experience in a client-facing business development or sales role, preferably within the IT or software sector
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a high degree of business acumen
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and familiarity with digital sales tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
