We're seeking a dynamic & highly organized Global Learning & Development Coordinator to support our innovative 'Google SLS' ProgramWhat you'll Do:Coordinate & Manage: Coordinate end-to-end global learning programs, workshops, and training sessions for Google SLS ProjectFacilitate & Train: Deliver engaging training sessions and facilitate workshops, adapting to diverse learning styles.Stakeholder Management: Build strong collaboration & relationships with internal clients and external vendors for successful project delivery.Content Management: Develop, manage, and maintain high-quality learning content and resources, design effective learning solutionsCommunicate & Engage: Develop and implement robust communication plans to promote L&D initiatives and keep employees informed and engaged.Evaluate & Improve: Contribute to the evaluation of training effectiveness and identify areas for continuous improvement.Global | Google SLS L&DL&D Data Management: Maintain up to date training trackers, dashboards & regional compliance requirementsWhat You'll BringExceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.Experience: 3-5 years in a Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or HR role with an L&D focus.Presentation Prowess: Strong presentation skills, with the ability to confidently lead and engage groups.Proficiency in MS Office/ Google Workspace: MS Excel, Power point, Google sheets, Looker studio etc.Interpersonal Excellence: Superior interpersonal skills to build rapport, influence, and connect at all levels.Adaptability: Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to different shifts as needed for global coordination. Work with cross cultural team, ability to handle multiple tasks & timelines independentlyNice to Have SkillsFamiliarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, CSS, SQL, or Python, particularly if used in developing or managing e-learning content or data analysis for L&D.Proficiency with Learning Technologies: This is broader and could include various platforms, not just LMS administration.Troubleshoot : Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues related to online learning delivery, this focuses on a practical support skill.Experience in supporting leadership or technical training programs, LMS, e- learning tools.
