Responsibilities

  • Winning & Acquiring Clients
  • Identify and onboard new AOR agencies to expand Hammers market reach.
  • Develop tailored pitches to showcase Hammers execution capabilities and competitive edge.
  • Work closely with AOR teams to integrate Hammers services into brand activation strategies.
  • Client Relationship & Growth
  • Maintain long-term relationships with agencies and their client accounts.
  • Develop customized service models that align with agency needs.
  • Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams
  • Provide market insights and client feedback to strategy & innovation teams to enhance service offerings.
  • Policy Compliance & Reporting:
  • Ensure all client dealings follow Hammer's pricing, contractual, and operational policies.
  • Maintain updated records of interactions, deals, and projects on CRM.
  • Provide Daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, forecasts, and revenue growth.

Qualification & Experience

  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (preferably in branding, signage, or activation).
  • Existing relationships within top AOR agencies will be a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication preferred.

Skills & Mindset

  • Strong networking & relationship-building skills with AOR agencies.
  • Ability to sell value-added services and not just execution.
  • Strategic thinker with a long-term partnership mindset.
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Understanding of agency workflows and procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM for tracking and reporting.
