Presolv360 is an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform that leverages technology to allow disputing parties from remote locations and diverse socio-economic backgrounds to participate, creating a level-playing field. The platform facilitates quick and cost-effective out-of-court resolution of disputes. Presolv360 is empaneled as a Mediation Institution by multiple Courts in India and has an advisory council consisting of esteemed former judges, including Justice U U Lalit, Justice B N Srikrishna, and Justice K Kannan.
Role Description
Enterprise Acquisition: Own the end-to-end sales process for acquiring new enterprise clients—from prospecting to closing high-value deals. Market Development: Identify whitespace opportunities and develop tailored go-to-market strategies for different industry verticals. Pipeline Generation: Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads through outbound prospecting, partnerships, and networking. Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers to drive deal progression. Solution Selling: Understand client needs and pain points to effectively position our offerings as high-impact solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and deliver seamless client experiences. Reporting: Provide regular updates on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and market insights to leadership.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree mandatory
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales experience (Hunting role).
• Strong prospecting mindset and the ability to generate meaningful leads from networking events
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage and resolve complex client escalations with a solution-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business software.
