Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer, located in Navi Mumbai. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues for clients. Key tasks include responding to customer queries, analyzing technical problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective customer support and service. The role also involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to deliver seamless operations.
