Job Description – Senior Technical Support Engineer - 3+ Years.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert-level support for Endpoint Security and DLP solutions.
Design, implement, and support deployments of Endpoint Security solutions in complex air-gapped environments, ensuring robust protection for offline critical infrastructure.
Integrate Endpoint Security platforms with client SIEM solutions for centralized event logging and streamlined security monitoring.
Manage deployments and migration of Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring smooth transitions with zero data loss
Build and maintain automations to reduce manual workload and enhance ticket management efficiency.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for cybersecurity and IT solutions, improving first-time resolution rates and reducing repetitive queries.
Act as the primary technical liaison with global vendors, facilitating effective communication and driving timely resolution of escalated issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong technical knowledge of endpoint security, DLP, and SIEM integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Endpoint Security and DLP solutions.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 deployment, migration, and administration.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent documentation and knowledge base creation abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior exposure to support operations in cybersecurity and IT environments.
- Experience in handling air-gapped or critical infrastructure deployments.
- Familiarity with automation and process optimization in support functions.
