The Role: Chief Experience Officer (On-Field)
Forget sitting behind a desk. You are the Venue Vibe Manager and the Operations Pro rolled into one.
You are responsible for the entire on-court experience, making sure our facilities are flawless, our community is thriving, and our operations run like a well-oiled machine. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will define the PadelPark brand for every single customer.
Here is your play-by-play (What You Will Do):
- Venue Vibe Control: Be the point person for all day-to-day operations
- You will maintain the courts, equipment, and facility to world-class standards, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and a welcoming atmosphere
- Customer Experience Champion: You are the frontline Greet, assist, and engage players
- Handle all bookings, queries, and feedback with warmth and efficiency
- Your goal is to maximize customer satisfaction and keep our rating scores sky-high
- Community Catalyst: Actively promote and assist in organizing coaching sessions, fun events, leagues, and tournaments
- Youll be building relationships with players and local groups to expand Padels reach
- Operational Execution: Oversee inventory (balls, rentals, merch), manage daily schedules, and ensure seamless check-in and court usage
- Youll handle on-field issues quickly and efficiently
- Sales Support: Identify and communicate opportunities for growing membership, events, and other revenue streams based on your direct interaction with the community
- Safety Supervisor: Conduct regular checks and ensure all health and safety guidelines are strictly followed, maintaining a safe and secure environment for everyone
