Qualifications and Skills:

Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in credit assessment or underwriting in Chit Funds / NBFC / Microfinance / Banking sector.

  • Evaluate and underwrite chit lifting proposals, verify financials, and assess repayment capacity of subscribers.
  • Review balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial documents for credit analysis.
  • Conduct field verification, business profile assessment, and reference checks.
  • Monitor subscriber accounts, identify early warning signals, and recommend preventive actions.
  • Prepare and submit credit appraisal reports and recommendations to the management.
  • Coordinate with collection, legal, and operations teams for credit and recovery matters.
  • Maintain MIS reports, credit files, and ensure adherence to internal credit policies and chit fund regulations.
  • Support in designing credit policies, approval matrix, and risk management framework.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
