  • Credit Risk Management: Oversee credit approval, monitoring, and recovery processes for affordable credit products.

  • Business Growth: Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to increase credit portfolio.

Requirements:- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in credit, with at least 2 years of team handling experience.

  • Qualification: MBA or CA preferred.

  • Skills: Strong credit risk management, leadership, and analytical skills.
