Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in achieving business development targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Research industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and attending relevant industry events.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product, operations) to align on client requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business goals.
