Job Title: Customer Support Executive – International Voice
Location:
Bengaluru / Hyderabad, India
Salary:
₹3.5 LPA – ₹6 LPA (based on experience & performance)
Work Conditions
- Rotational shifts (including international / US shifts)
- 2 weekly rotational days off
- Cab facility / transport support provided
- Work from office
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum
1 month experience
in International Voice / Call Centre / BPO / Customer Support Voice Process - Qualification:
12th pass or Graduate
in any stream - Strong
English communication skills
(spoken & written) - Comfortable working in
night shifts & rotational shifts - Good interpersonal skills and customer-handling ability
Key Responsibilities
- Handle
inbound and outbound international customer calls
professionally. - Provide accurate information on
products, services, orders, billing, and basic technical issues
. - Troubleshoot queries
and aim for
first-call resolution
. - Maintain a polite, customer-centric approach to ensure
high customer satisfaction
. - Log call details and
update CRM systems
accurately. - Follow
SOPs, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
. - Escalate unresolved or complex cases to the appropriate support teams.
- Meet process KPIs such as
AHT, CSAT, call quality scores, and productivity targets
. - Work in
rotational shifts
, including weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
