Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Account Opening Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the process of opening a trading and Demat account. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of financial services, and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Assist clients in completing the necessary paperwork and digital forms for opening a trading and Demat account.
- Document Verification: Review and verify client documents (e.g., identity proof, address proof, bank statements) to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
- Query Resolution: Address client inquiries related to the account opening process, documentation requirements, and general information about trading and investment products.
- Process Management: Monitor the status of account applications, follow up with clients as needed, and ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience.
- Compliance: Maintain a thorough understanding of all SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) or other relevant regulatory guidelines and internal compliance procedures.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing courteous and professional service.
- System and Data Management: Accurately enter and update client information in the company's CRM and other internal systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, operations, and compliance teams to resolve any issues and improve the account opening process.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹500.00 per day
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
