Customer service employment can be demanding and even exhausting at times. Each Customer Care Representative is required to learn quickly, navigate various platforms with ease, and provide personalized support to our customers, whether it is problem-solving, helping with a purchase, or giving useful resources.

**Responsibilities**
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Act as the company gatekeeper
- Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
- Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution

**Requirements/Skills**
- Have at least 3 years of experience with customer care representative/specialist
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- USA/Canada Calling Experience (Added Advantage)
- Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills.
- Must be willing to work in the evening/night shift i.e. 6:30pm to 2:30am & 9 pm to 5am (IST).
- Efficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google sheets
- Should be comfortable with working from Home
- Should have a reliable personal work space with a secure internet connection and own laptop.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Ready for rotational shifts & rotational week offs.
- Immediate joiners Preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
