Customer Service Representative

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communication through calls and emails, maintaining schedules through calendar management, and handling basic data entry and reporting tasks in Excel. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with office tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to assist customers, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
- Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and follow-ups for clients or internal teams using tools like Google Calendar or Outlook.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain and update customer information, call logs, and service reports using Excel or CRM systems.
- Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction and confirm appointments or service completion.
- Documentation: Prepare daily/weekly reports and summaries of activities using Excel or other reporting tools.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of customer concerns.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 per week
