**Position: Customer Service Representative**
**Location**: Work From Home (Remote)
**Shift**: 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM IST
**Experience Required**: Minimum 5 Years in International Customer Support

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follow structured conversation flows and scripts while maintaining flexibility to adapt to varied customer needs.
- Identify, clarify, and resolve customer issues through effective communication and research.
- Manage irate or dissatisfied customers with empathy and retention-focused solutions.
- Proactively build strong customer relationships by delivering personalized service and going the extra mile.
- Promote relevant services through effective upselling techniques.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an international process.
- Demonstrated success in handling retention and upselling responsibilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening abilities.
- Proficient in CRM platforms and customer service best practices.
- Strong customer focus, patience, and adaptability to work with diverse personalities.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to work in the early morning Australian shift (4:00 AM - 1:00 PM IST).
