Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our remote support team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional service in international processes, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Follow structured conversation flows and scripts while maintaining flexibility to adapt to varied customer needs.
  • Identify, clarify, and resolve customer issues through effective communication and research.
  • Manage irate or dissatisfied customers with empathy and retention-focused solutions.
  • Proactively build strong customer relationships by delivering personalized service and going the extra mile.
  • Promote relevant services through effective upselling techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions using CRM systems.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an international process.
  • Demonstrated success in handling retention and upselling responsibilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and customer service best practices.
  • Strong customer focus, patience, and adaptability to work with diverse personalities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to work in the early morning Australian shift (4:00 AM – 1:00 PM IST).
