**Position**: Customer Service Representative
**Work Type**: Remote (Work from Home)
**Shift Basis**: Morning, Afternoon, or Night (as per roster)
**Schedule**: 5 days a week
- **You will be paid extra commission based on your performance and also 1 paid leave every month.**_
- **Note: You need to work 1 day extra per 1 month. which means 5 days a week but for 1 week in a month its 6 days for now.**_

**About the Role**:
This is a remote, shift-based role with flexible scheduling determined by a roster.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist guests with bookings, inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs remotely.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with property hosts and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues.
- Monitor and respond to guest reviews to maintain a high satisfaction rating.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.

**Requirements**:
**Mandatory Experience**:

- Solid understanding of these platforms’ workflows and policies.

**Technical Requirements**:

- Stable high-speed internet connection.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Flexibility to work different shifts (morning, afternoon, or night) as per the schedule.
