Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a B2B Sales Intern. The intern will engage in activities such as conducting market research, identifying potential business opportunities, reaching out to prospective clients, participating in sales calls, and assisting in creating training materials for new sales strategies. The role also involves supporting account managers with customer queries and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and build rapport with clients effectively
  • Knowledge of Sales and proficiency in Sales Management techniques to facilitate and drive business growth
  • Ability to assist in Training and mentoring to support team members in achieving broader sales goals
  • Self-motivation, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational skills and familiarity with CRM tools are a plus
