Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site B2B Sales role located in Gurugram. The B2B Sales professional will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential business clients, building and maintaining client relationships, and crafting tailored solutions to meet their shipping needs. They will lead sales pitches, negotiate contracts, assist clients in onboarding, and provide training related to the platform's use. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimized client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills to effectively convey ideas and build client relationships
  • Customer Service and Sales skills to cater to client needs and drive results
  • Sales Management expertise, including setting goals, tracking performance, and leading initiatives
  • Experience with Training clients or teams on tools, best practices, or solutions
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in working with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
  • Experience in the eCommerce or logistics domain is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
