We're Hiring: B2B Sales Manager at ThinkStartup

Working Days: Weekdays (Weekends Off)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop New Business: Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential B2B clients across educational institutes.

  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the team to develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.

  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term business partners.

  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of ThinkStartup services and present them effectively to potential clients.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Freshers with a passion for B2B sales or candidates with 0-4 years of experience in a sales role

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Self-motivated with a hunger for success and growth

  • A keen eye for identifying business opportunities
