Operations Manager- B2B

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Client Management:
- Drive B2B sales strategy to onboard new clients across industries like manufacturing, FMCG, retail, pharma, and e-commerce.
- Manage key enterprise accounts to ensure retention and revenue growth.
- Develop and present tailored logistics solutions based on client needs.
- Lead pricing negotiations, contract closures, and commercial discussions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective onboarding and service initiation.
Operations Management:
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring SLA adherence, cost efficiency, and service quality.
- Manage daily delivery operations, route planning, fleet utilization, and hub productivity.
- Implement best practices for process optimization, resource planning, and performance monitoring.
- Lead a team of ground operations staff, hub leads, and support teams to ensure timely execution.
- Ensure real-time issue resolution, minimize escalations, and maintain client satisfaction.
Performance & Reporting:
- Monitor and drive key KPIs OTIF, TAT, fill rate, cost per delivery, and NPS.
- Track operational health using dashboards and reporting tools.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on sales pipeline, revenue targets, and service metrics.
Requirements:
- 510 years of experience in B2B sales and logistics operations, with strong client handling exposure.
- Prior experience in 3PL, last-mile logistics, express transportation, or supply chain management is preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/ERP systems.
